I <3 me some Drip!
I've been a happy customer for a few years and plan on continuing to be for many more!
Great tools, maybe in need of a little polishing.
So far I think Drip is fantastic. I love how it work so hard to ensure you follow best practices across the entire email marketing workflow. And speaking of workflows, your visual workflow builder is awesome! A couple of things that I feel could be improved on:
1) We created a campaign, and tied it to a workflow. Later we changed the name of the campaign, and doing that, broke the workflow (but there was nothing there to tell us it was broken) - Shouldn't each new campaign be given a permanent ID on the backend so that updating the name doesn't break it loose from all other point of connection?
2) I wish Drip could store email addresses in a way to that differentiated between active and inactive. Even though we don't send emails to customers after a certain amount of time, I'd like to have them saved in our account as inactive records so that they can be used to scrub newer and active lists - WITHOUT counting against our maximum subscriber count.
3) I would be nice if the same tools that are available in workflow (such as rules regarding opens / not opens) were available in campaigns, and vice-versa.
But I think this is a great service and the fact that it connects with Thrive Themes tools is a big win for us.
