February & March 2026 Release Notes

Over the past couple of months, we’ve focused on making things run more smoothly behind the scenes while giving you better visibility into what’s actually happening with your emails.

A few of these updates come directly from customer requests. Others are the kind you might not notice right away, but you’ll feel the difference.

Here’s what’s new.

Soft Bounce Reporting

Get a clearer view of your deliverability

You've always been able to track Hard Bounces in Analytics, giving you insight into permanent delivery failures. But you wanted the full picture, including the temporary issues that can quietly affect your deliverability over time.

With the brand-new Soft Bounce report, you now have the visibility you've been asking for. Monitor temporary delays, spot emerging trends, and take action before subscribers are marked as undeliverable, helping you maintain healthier deliverability over time.

Better Soft Bounce visibility was one of our most requested updates, and we're grateful for the feedback that helped shape it. Keep it coming!

Auto-Resume Automations

Resume_Automations

Get back up and running automatically

If an automation pauses due to a billing issue, you've previously had to go back in and manually restart things once it was resolved.

Now, your automations resume on their own once things are sorted. Your workflows pick up right where they left off, so nothing falls through the cracks and your subscribers stay on track.

Onsite: SMS Consent Element

Stay compliant and launch faster

Setting up SMS opt-ins with the right compliance language has been a manual, easy-to-get-wrong step. We wanted to take that off your plate.

The new SMS Consent Element in Onsite forms automates the setup of required opt-in details, so every new SMS opt-in captures explicit, carrier-approved consent.

That means fewer delays getting your SMS campaigns approved and launched.

While this update helps those currently using third-party SMS, this also sets you up for Drip's upcoming SMS product.

A more reliable connection from the start

We've made some updates to make the WooCommerce installation and reconnection process smoother overall.

Drip now automatically cleans up outdated webhook endpoints before creating new ones, helping avoid potential conflicts during setup and keeping your integration running more reliably.

And if you ever do need help, our team can troubleshoot faster on your behalf.
