We’re kicking off 2026 with updates designed to give you more control, better visibility, and a faster day-to-day experience inside Drip.
From smarter Shopify triggers to cleaner WooCommerce account structures, richer subscriber history, and meaningful performance improvements, January is all about helping you act at the right moment with more precision and confidence
Here’s what’s new.
Shopify: Add to Cart Trigger
Not every shopper makes it to checkout, but adding to cart is still a strong buying signal
With the new Add to Cart trigger, you can start a workflow the moment someone adds a product to their cart, even if they never begin checkout. That means you can engage shoppers earlier while interest is still high.
Used alongside Abandoned Checkout, you can now follow up across more stages of the buying journey and tailor your messaging with greater precision.
Already using Shopify with Drip? A quick integration update and small workflow adjustment is all it takes.
WooCommerce: Multisite Support
Running multiple stores just got easier.
Multisite support allows each WooCommerce store to connect to its own Drip subaccount, giving you brand-level visibility and precision targeting across your stores.
With each store structured independently, reporting, segmentation, and automation stay aligned with how your business operates, making it easier to manage campaigns with clarity and control.
Subscriber Updates: History and Source
Understanding how and why someone joined your list helps you make smarter marketing decisions.
Subscriber profiles now include more detailed subscription history and source information, giving you clear insight into:
- What triggered a subscribe or unsubscribe
- Where someone came from
- How their status evolved over time
With greater visibility into subscription activity, you can better understand what’s driving list growth, identify meaningful changes, and take action with confidence.
Help Center Access Inside Drip

Drip’s full Help Center library is now accessible directly inside your account.
Search, browse, and open detailed documentation without leaving Drip, so you can find answers and keep moving without interrupting your workflow.

Performance Improvements

As one of the most frequently used areas in Drip, this update helps you analyze campaigns, make decisions, and move efficiently between tasks.
It’s part of our continued investment in performance across the platform, helping everyday work like building emails, managing subscribers, and reviewing reports run even more smoothly.
More improvements are already on the way.
Bug Fixes
We’ve resolved a range of issues across integrations, analytics, segmentation, and workflows to support accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience across Drip.
Integrations
- Resolved Shopify issue where excessive "Customer Updated" events were being recorded in activity timelines even when no meaningful customer data had changed.
- Fixed a WooCommerce issue where order data was being overwritten with metadata, resulting in missing order information.
- Resolved a bug where viewing a product a second time via the JavaScript API would cause the event details to disappear from the activity timeline.
Analytics
- Fixed the "Show Analytics" option on workflow pages so analytics data loads correctly.
- Corrected misaligned open rate, orders, and revenue numbers on the main Drip dashboard.
- Fixed an issue where the Subscribed People report would fail to load for certain accounts when selecting date ranges longer than one month.
- Resolved a date discrepancy where events could appear on different dates in segmentation versus the activity timeline due to timezone handling.
UI & Display
- Fixed incorrect styling on the billing page.
- Resolved an issue where editing an email and clicking "Done Editing" would display an outdated page layout instead of the current experience.
Segmentation & People Management
- Fixed an issue with Yotpo-based segmentation filters (total reviews, average ratings) to return accurate results.
- Resolved a bug where saved segments could disappear from the Segments list page.
- Fixed an issue where using the "add these profiles to the account" checkbox during a bulk operation was unintentionally subscribing those profiles.
Workflows & Automation
- Fixed a bug where using decimal values in the "order amount between" trigger filter would cause the trigger criteria to be cleared upon saving.
- Resolved an issue where toggling a webhook off from the list view would remove any custom headers configured on that webhook.
