August & September 2025 Release Notes

From static signups to improved email metrics, this month’s releases are all about control, clarity, and less noise. Embedded Forms are back—with full CSS control and GDPR-friendly design—so your newsletter signups and “always-on” contact forms stay seamless and spam-resistant. 

We’ve also tightened the screws on bots, filtering bot clicks out of your reports and adding one-click unsubscribe confirmation that keeps you compliant without risking accidental list churn. 

Plus, Workflow Notes now play nicely at scale, Integrations get a cleaner home, and Peek Pro joins the party so tour and experience brands can nurture guests straight from booking.

Embedded Forms

Embedded Forms are back, giving you more control and keeping your list more secure than before. These are your always-there, never-intrusive forms you can drop right into your site. Perfect for newsletter signups in your footer, a contact form that never takes a day off, or any static signup spot you want to keep locked down from spam signups. Full CSS control? You bet. Fighting Bots 

We’re cutting the noise so your metrics reflect real humans.

  • Bot click filtering: Over the next couple of weeks, we’re gradually stripping out bot clicks to keep your engagement rates clean and prevent bogus unsubscribes.
  • One‑click unsubscribe confirmation: Stay compliant with Gmail and Yahoo while stopping bots from booting your subscribers.

  • Side panel for all notes: open a dedicated view, scan every note, and jump straight to the right node.
  • Clear authorship: when a Drip user adds a note on behalf of a customer, it’s labeled “External User” so ownership stays crystal clear.

Peek Pro Integration

Tour operators and experience providers can now sync bookings and waiver data from Peek Pro to Drip, and nurture customers and build direct relationships through email.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder where adding a hyperlink to a text block could unintentionally replace an existing hyperlink on an image.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented Shopify "Placed an order" and "Paid an order" workflow triggers from firing when using the "Product Vendor" filter.
  • Resolved an issue where refreshing the People page would duplicate a tag-based segmentation filter if the segment was created by navigating from the main tags page.
  • Resolved an issue on the People page where using the browser's back button would navigate away from the page instead of returning to the previously viewed segment.
  • Resolved an issue where test emails containing trigger links were being flagged as potentially dangerous by Gmail.
  • Resolved an issue with the "On, before, or after a date" workflow trigger where the selected date would incorrectly change to the previous day for users with certain international time and date formats.
  • Resolved an issue with the Loyalty Lion integration where workflow trigger filters failed to populate with data, such as available rewards, from the connected account.
  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder where the border radius styling was not applied to buttons when the "fit-to-text" width option was selected.
  • Resolved an issue in workflow decision nodes where the currency did not match the currency selected in the account's settings, defaulting to USD.
  • Resolved an issue with Drip forms that prevented the selected country code from being saved when a phone number was submitted.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented email campaign metrics from loading when using the Safari browser.
  • Resolved a performance issue that caused analytics on the Onsite dashboard to load slowly.
  • Resolved an issue in the email editor where changes to the text font were not being saved, causing the text to revert to the previously selected font.
  • Resolved a display issue that caused the 'Confirm Unsubscribe' page to be unreadable on mobile devices.
  • Resolved a reporting issue where email campaign metrics were incorrectly showing activity, such as opens and clicks, for the following day.
  • Resolved an issue where buttons in pre-built content blocks and email templates would lose their styling and incorrectly adopt the email's global paragraph styles.
  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder where using the "paste as plain text" option would incorrectly apply a default font style to the pasted content.
  • Resolved an issue in the Text/HTML email editor where adding a hyperlink to text located at the bottom of the email would cause the page to scroll to the top.
  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder that prevented text alignment settings from being applied.
