What’s the 14-day free trial like?
Being in our free trial is just like being a paying customer. We don’t throttle features or hide anything—we want you to really dig in! Use every feature Drip offers free for two weeks. If (and only if!) you love it, your card will be charged a monthly fee at the end of your trial period. And don’t worry, we'll email you a couple of days before your trial expires to remind you about billing and stuff. Going right from free trial to paid plan ensures that your site visitors continue to get the chance to sign up and that your current list of people won't get cut off mid-campaign.
Can I change my plan after I sign up?
We’ll always place you in the most cost-effective plan based on how many people are on your list. For example, if you have a huge surge of people subscribing to you during a weekend promo and you hop into the next plan tier, we’ll automatically adjust your billing for the next month. Similarly, if you prune your list or people unsubscribe, dropping your account into a subscriber count that is below your current plan level, we’ll simply downgrade you automatically after your next charge. And if your business goals change, you can cancel anytime. By making these adjustments automatically, you’ll never be paying more than you should, and we’ll never have to pause all your hard work to try and hash out billing.
What’s the setup process like?
We've made setup as painless as possible. It's a simple three-step process; install our JavaScript snippet, import your subscribers, and activate your campaigns or workflows. Then it's off to the races. You don’t have to memorize all of this right now in this FAQ section. We’ll be in touch with you every step of the way to make sure you don’t get stuck in the weeds.
Do you offer any migration services?
There sure are! We know that changing marketing automation tools can feel like you’re moving houses. So consider us your professional movers. Us, the humans of Drip! We offer email support to everyone during their 14-day free trial and during the first 30 days of a $0 Drip plan. If you move or upgrade to a paid plan after your free trial, you’ll also have access to live chat support available Monday—Friday, 9 am to 7 pm CST.
What types of payment are accepted?
We’re pretty flexible when it comes to payment. We accept credit cards, checks, and more (but sorry, no PayPal).
