February & March 2026 Release Notes

Written by Sofie Mølgaard | March 24, 2026

Over the past couple of months, we’ve focused on making things run more smoothly behind the scenes while giving you better visibility into what’s actually happening with your emails.

A few of these updates come directly from customer requests. Others are the kind you might not notice right away, but you’ll feel the difference.

Here’s what’s new.

Soft Bounce Reporting

Get a clearer view of your deliverability

You can already track Hard Bounces in Analytics. Now, you can also track Soft Bounces, giving you earlier insight into your deliverability.

Spot patterns, understand trends, and stay in control of your deliverability over time.

This has been one of our most requested deliverability updates, so it’s great to finally get it into your hands.

Auto-Resume Automations

Get back up and running automatically

If an automation pauses due to a billing issue, it will now resume on its own once things are resolved.

No need to go back in and restart anything. Your workflows pick up where they left off, so everything continues as expected.

Onsite: SMS Consent Element

Stay compliant and launch faster

We’ve added a new SMS Consent Element to Onsite forms to make it easier to collect the right kind of consent from the start.

It includes the required opt in language automatically, so you can stay compliant and avoid delays when launching SMS campaigns.

This sets you up for Drip’s upcoming SMS product.

WooCommerce: Smoother Installation

We’ve improved how WooCommerce integrations are installed and reconnected.

Drip now removes outdated webhook endpoints before creating new ones, which helps avoid conflicts during setup and keeps your integration running smoothly.

The result is a more reliable connection and a smoother experience if you ever need support.
