Over the past couple of months, we've been focused on giving you more ways to access and act on your data. Pull campaign metrics into your own reporting stack, get full visibility into your product catalog, find subscribers faster, and keep your account clean with less effort.
Here's what's new.
Metrics API
Pull campaign performance into your own tools.
You've always been able to review Single Email Campaign metrics on the dashboard inside Drip. Now you can access that same data programmatically through a brand-new API endpoint.
This has been one of the most requested features from customers and partners running deeper analysis outside of Drip.
With the Metrics API, you can pull:
- Engagement metrics: Opens, Open Rate, Clicks and Click Rate
- Delivery metrics: Sends, Deliveries, Unsubscribes, Unsubscribe Rate, Bounces, Bounce Rate, Complaints and Complaint Rate
- Revenue metrics: Orders, Order Rate, Revenue, Revenue per Person and Avg Order Value
We'd love to get you set up. Reach out to our team and we'll enable it for your account.
Product Library
See and manage your synced products in one place.
If you're running Shopify, WooCommerce, or another integrated store, you now have a dedicated space inside Drip to view every product synced from your catalog.
The new Product Library lets you audit your product data, trigger a product-only sync, and manually hide specific items from appearing in your marketing emails.
To locate it, go to Settings and click Product Library.

Multi-Select Tag Deletion
Clean up your tags at scale.
Removing old or unused tags used to mean deleting them one by one. Not anymore.
With multi-select tag deletion, you can select and remove multiple tags in a single action, keeping your account organized and your segmentation logic clean.
CSV Exports: Delivery Details
Know why a subscriber is undeliverable.
We've added two new columns to your subscriber exports: "deliverable" and "reason." Available for both active and inactive subscriber exports, these fields tell you not just whether someone is undeliverable, but why. Whether it's a bounce, a spam complaint, or something else.
It's a small addition that makes audience health analysis a lot more straightforward.
Subscriber Search Enhancements
Find who you're looking for, faster.
We analyzed months of real search queries to understand how you actually look for subscribers, then redesigned the search experience from the ground up.
The result is faster searches with more accurate results, so you spend less time filtering and more time acting.
Bug Fixes
We've resolved a number of issues across the platform since our last release notes.
Emails & Workflows
- Fixed an issue where the Emails tab in certain email series was not loading or took too long to display.
- Resolved a bug where newly added emails in a series got stuck on a loading screen and couldn't be edited.
- Fixed custom fonts on email buttons defaulting to a fallback font in previews and sent emails.
- Fixed linked email names in the workflow dashboard leading to an error page.
- Resolved click-through rate failing to load on the campaign overview page for certain broadcasts.
- Fixed a Visual Email Builder issue where switching between "Styles" and "Display" tabs on a spacer element caused the color picker to disappear.
- Fixed a performance issue where mass-deactivating a large number of subscribers could stall workflow automations.
- Resolved a bug where toggling multiple forms on or off simultaneously would only affect some of the selected forms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Fixed a calculation issue where multiple orders from a single subscriber could create duplicate rows and inflate revenue and delivery metrics.
- Resolved an issue where campaign analytics in certain dashboards had stopped updating.
- Fixed a display issue where very large currency values would overflow the Lifetime Value field in subscriber profiles.
Subscribers & Segmentation
- Fixed a bug where selecting a group during campaign creation was not actually applying the group to the resulting subscribers.
- Resolved an issue where an "or" filter was being added to saved segments without any user action.
- Fixed a bug where clicking a tag from the Tags page and refreshing the People page caused the segment filter to duplicate.
- Fixed an issue where updating a topic on a broadcast didn't immediately reflect the updated subscriber criteria and count.
- Corrected the Revenue per Person metric in Workflow Split Test reporting, which was dividing by the wrong number of people.
Integrations
- Fixed a bug where manually triggering a Shopify resync removed cart data for subscribers mid-journey in an abandoned cart workflow, causing follow-up emails to fail.
- Resolved an issue where the single resync button was not working correctly for non-Shopify integrations.
