Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder's text editor that caused text on a new line to ignore the email's global style settings.
  • Resolved an issue where new emails did not inherit the link color from the account's Brand Style settings.
  • Resolved an issue where text in the Visual Email Builder failed to apply global email styles, such as link underline settings, if the text was not formatted as a paragraph.
  • Resolved an issue in Workflows where duplicating a node would cause the new node to disappear after being placed.
  • Resolved an issue in the Visual Email Builder where editing pre-formatted text, such as a heading, would cause its styling to be lost and revert to the default paragraph format.
  • Resolved an issue in the Text Email Builder that caused extra line spacing when pasting content from other applications.
  • Resolved an issue where enabling the "Customize UTM parameters" toggle for a hyperlink failed to override the account's global UTMs, causing both sets of parameters to be applied to the link.
  • Resolved an issue with the discount block that prevented Shopify discounts from being fetched from a connected store.
  • Resolved an issue that caused an error message to incorrectly appear when duplicating a Workflow, requiring a page refresh to see the new copy.
  • Resolved an issue in the text editor that prevented users from creating multi-line bulleted lists on standard paragraph text.
  • Resolved an issue where spaces in liquid code used for dynamic hyperlinks were being URL-encoded, causing the links to break.
  • Resolved an issue in the text editor where using the main "back" button while the source code view was open could cause the code panel to get stuck on the screen and disable other text editing toolbars.
  • Resolved an issue with the Magento integration where changing a customer's email address in Magento would create a new profile in Drip instead of updating their existing one.
  • Resolved an issue where using special characters in a segment's filter conditions would cause the segmentation process to fail.
  • Resolved an issue with email split tests where key settings, such as test pool size and winning conditions, could disappear after editing one of the email variations.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented expiring links from being inserted into text blocks.
  • Resolved an issue with the Shopify integration that caused a subscriber’s tags to be incorrectly removed from their profile in Drip when a new order was placed.
  • Resolved an issue in the email editor where clicking the "Edit Link" button on an existing hyperlink would incorrectly insert the link's raw URL as plain text.
  • Resolved a reporting issue on the Onsite dashboard where the "Total Submissions" count for campaigns was not increasing to reflect new submissions.
