Add an action to send an Automation email in a Workflow to send a singular email to any person that passes through that node. 

To send an Automation email in a Workflow:

  1. Go to Automations > Workflows 
  2. Select the Workflow you'd like to send an Automation email in
  3. Click + at the node you'd like to send the email
  4. Click Action
  5. Select Send a one-off email 
  6. Select an email builder 
  7. Configure the General Information 
  8. Click Update Action

The automation email will be added to your Workflow. Click into the email to edit it at any time. 

Edit Automation Email Footer

To edit the footer for an individual one-off email:

  1. Go to Automations > open the email you want to edit  
  2. Click Settings
  3. Manually edit to the footer content 
  4. Click Update Action 

The footer for that automation email will be updated.
