Clicks

A Clicks report at the Broadcast Level.

The Clicks report shows the number of unique clicks for each link in an email for a given date range. The report shows all of the links clicked in the email in descending order by the highest number of unique clicks. To view a Clicks report:

  1. Go to Analytics > Clicks
  2. Select Broadcast Level, Campaign Level, or Automation Level
  3. Select a specific email

You will see the Clicks report for that email.

The report does not count multiple clicks from the same person.

Unique Clicks

The total number of unique clicks of a link in the specified email type. Multiple clicks by the same person for the same link do not attribute to the report.

CTR

Click through rate (CTR) reports the percentage rate at which people who received the email clicked a link. This is calculated as the number of unique link clicks divided by the total number of people that received the email.

Apply Tag

From the Clicks report, you can apply a tag to every person that clicked a link to see who clicked on a specific link. If a person already is applied the tag, no further action is taken. To apply a tag:

  1. Click Apply a tag
  2. Type in a tag name
  3. Click Apply

The tag will be applied to the people who clicked on that link. View the people with the tag on the People page.
