Presales Solutions Engineer

Your contributions will include:

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify client needs
  • Engage with prospects in a consultative manner to demonstrate to them how the Drip solution will work with their tech stack
  • Effectively interface with prospective buyers to convey how the Drip vision improves their business
  • Act as a key conduit between Sales, Product, and Marketing, bringing frontline information back to the team to help us improve our offerings
  • Become astute at understanding challenges that our prospective customers face, and demonstrate how those can be solved with Drip
  • Be a brand advocate who contributes ideas, strategies, and logic to advance the Drip brand, culture, and vision
  • Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
  • Travel varies, but could be 50%

Requirements:

  • Strong technical acumen with desire for constant improvement
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both customer-facing and internal
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a fast-growth SaaS company
