Business Development Representative [Outbound]

You must be located in or able to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT for this position.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative focused on outbound efforts to help us build our sales funnel.

Your contributions will include:

  • Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
  • Deliver qualified opportunities to Sales
  • Turn cold calls, chats and tickets into qualified leads for account executives and assisting with the hand off
  • Support demand generation through outbound prospecting
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
  • Seize the opportunity to ascend your career path as we quickly grow our sales team

Who you are:

  • Strong interest in establishing a career in SaaS sales
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to hit and surpass quota
