What does that mean, exactly? Well, it means that any information or changes made in one app can be automatically updated in another app without you lifting a finger.

EZ Texting is an SMS marketing platform, and when you use PieSync to link it to Drip, you can double down on your marketing efforts. Sync contact data between Drip and EZ Texting to send targeted messages to segmented groups, i.e., text one message to “customers” and a different one to “leads.”
And some apps are already integrated with Drip, but PieSync provides a new way to automate them:
Currently, Drip users can send leads into Salesforce. It’s a one-time, one-way sync that you can incorporate into a workflow. While this is helpful in sending your leads to Salesforce, PieSync takes the integration a step further.
PieSync lets you make a connection between Drip and Salesforce that will keep your contacts up to date with two-way syncing. This means that you can update a lead’s information in Salesforce, including things like tags or lead scores, and it will sync with Drip automatically.

2. Automate Importing and Exporting Customer Data
Drip lets you create hundreds of automation rules with its integrated apps. However, importing and exporting email lists and customer data is still a manual task you have to remember to do regularly.

Tailor Your Syncing Options and Field Mapping

You can also specify exactly which contacts you want to sync. This option makes it possible to sync specific segments into Drip.
Also, you can control how fields are mapped from one application into another. As you can see in the example below, since you’re syncing with an email automation tool like Drip, syncing email addresses is a default field mapping you can’t remove.
However, you can customize any additional field mapping. This means “First Name” data in Shopify will populate as “first_name” in Drip. Likewise, you can set something like a customer’s “Orders Count” to map to the “Lifetime Value” field in Drip.
This feature allows you to define which contact fields should be kept in sync between your applications, including custom and standard fields. So you can choose to sync only customers’ email addresses between apps, or you can go a little further and sync first names, phone numbers, and more.
